Please review our office policies carefully, and if you have any questions, feel free to call us. It is very important that all patients abide by the policies to help us provide the best care for every patient.
We understand that your schedule is very busy, however, our main concern when scheduling appointments is your child. There are better times for certain situations. We prefer to schedule appointments for very young children early in the morning, when they are fresh and we have more time. School children requiring a lot of work should be seen in the morning for the same reason. Dental appointments are an excused absence, and we will provide an excuse slip.
For regular appointments, not requiring sedation, the appointment must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. Our staff will attempt to personally confirm the appointment, but if we do not reach you, it is your responsibility to have your child at the appointment or contact us.
For sedated appointments, which require an extended time slot, it is imperative that the patient confirms the time slot 24 hours in advance. We will attempt to call you to confirm, but if we do not reach you, you must contact us. If the appointment is not confirmed, your child will be removed from the schedule. If you do confirm, but do not make the appointment or cancel 24 hours in advance, you will forfeit your sedation fee. In order to reschedule, a new sedation fee will be charged.
